Our basic cape is a half-circle cape with a straight collar and ribbon ties. This style of cape was seen throughout the last half of the sixteenth century and was worn either over both shoulders, or less often, over only one shoulder.
Made of silk dupioni or cotton velveteen (Black only) with cotton drill and silk charmeuse linings. Minimal machine stitching may be visible at the collar.
